The pay is good, the work culture is really awesome. It's been more than a month and SR truly feels home. I really disagree with the negative reviews. Pay is really good

CTO has many loyalists who report back on coworkers' behaviors or private opinions. Watch carefully and you will know who these are. Folks receiving better hikes and high status and frequent awards. Cult-Like Culture, and high Unprofessionalism. This company is a breeding ground for bosses who thrive on taking credit for their teamswork while micromanaging employees. Leadership runs a cult where blind loyalty is demanded, and thinking for yourself is a punishable offense. Many employees, particularly those from small company setup bring narrow mindset and spread rumors to gain influence. Pranks, and juvenile behavior are not just tolerated but they’re normalized. The environment is fearful and demoralizing. The real talent—the true A players—has already left, leaving behind mediocre B players who think they’re exceptional but only drag the company down further....Read More

If you have any kind of loan - Home, personal, please avoid joining this random startup - they will make you quit silently by use of aggression based body language and bullying. Job security is proportional to the extent of verbal abuse you can take from CTO and founders. Not applicable for Baniyas in the company. Like ola manufactures use and throw e-vehicles, ShipRocket launches products which users use and throw when it comes time to pay for the subscription. Retention rates are total crap. Many VP, solution architects, data science and Security heads left this place after forced to resign by making their office work situation hell like in last 3 years....Read More

Bahoot hi ghatiya company hai management b bahoot bekaar hain or manager to yaha kai ganwar hai khud kuch aata jaata nahi hai 😹 dusro ko judge karega . Mera company hota to pahle management wali gandagi bahar nikaal deta sab sai zyada gandagi inhone daali hai .

Politics & Extreme work pressure. Most of the times, unnecessary work pressure created by management. Zero Work-Life Balance. You are being expected to work at least 14-18 Hrs per day. You are being judged on this basis HR will not listen your concern and will blame that you are incapable to complete your job.
