i have made some good friend there in short time all of them are left after one or two month of there joining

no over time, no paid leave in a year long working hour after site you have to maintain dpr,mb and next day planning,labour report after all this non sense work you will have to make your dinner in the guest house by your own because there is no fooding facilities and cook are not available. after dinner you have a meeting and you will go to your bed at 1 A.M. in night.
