This organization is just fooling newcomers or who wants job, pay is very very less and if they still bychance pay you a bit good, they will owe you like anything. Top Management especially VP operations engage and promote toxic work culture. He will just butter you in beginning, show you that you are on cloud 9 and slowly slowly will back fire you with their toxic team mates. Hseq has no value, and trust me, more than 20 employees from this department left within 6 months because of this poor environment, no appraisal, no value of anything. They even dont give you experience letter at end of your resignation, you have to literally beg for it, have so much ego in supporting their own employees. Shit company so far. I was working as a Front office manager with your company in the year 2021 at Coil Club, AMNS Surat I got a texted for a job opportunity from Nilesh Dubey however for the interview he wants me to come to Ahmedabad for 2 days on weekends and where has mentioned 'Not just an interview Also a small get away to ahmd🍾' which was not appropriate and I felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidated by the perpetrator’s behavior.
