This organization is just fooling newcomers or who wants job, pay is very very less and if they still bychance pay you a bit good, they will owe you like anything. Top Management especially VP operations engage and promote toxic work culture. He will just butter you in beginning, show you that you are on cloud 9 and slowly slowly will back fire you with their toxic team mates. Hseq has no value, and trust me, more than 20 employees from this department left within 6 months because of this poor environment, no appraisal, no value of anything. They even dont give you experience letter at end of your resignation, you have to literally beg for it, have so much ego in supporting their own employees. Shit company so far. I'll be honest that there is nothing that I liked about organization, the top management have no leadership qualities, they will only show you Miraj of good work culture and unnecessary and funny motivational speech that will left you speechless. Totally unprofessional work environment. Working hours: more than 11 hrs minimum.

1. Worst Company Culture 2.Top Management lacks professionalism, Leadership Qualities. 3. The HR policies? They even don't have such things. 4. HSEQ is new born and will remain forever newborn if HSEQ management stays constant. 5. Discrimination from HSEQ management, if you are girl and you raised a point then it's fine n you have all support but if are boy, you raised a point against them then god bless you. 6. If you are fresher, wants only money and wants to learn things*wrongly* then you can join this organisation. GBU. So Many fresher got stuck and are not able to get job somewhere else because of these things.
