It's an owner oriented organisation, if you have good knowledge about the work then you can servive some time... If you r thinking to join the organisation as a fresher want to learn anything you are just wasting your time.. Old employees are very unprofessional and owner blindly trust on them because they are there for last 28 years.. People used to abuse each other anywhere very loudly.. No structure.. No policies.. No training, no team work, every employee is trying to make happy owner of the company, to much politics, people who can't get get another job are there. Worst work environment. If one has made owner happy, he/ she doesn't need to work
