Nothing to like. Unprofessional and worst organization. If you have self respect then please don't join and spoil your career. Abusive and slang words used by management . They treat employees like begger. If you have to survive there you have to listen to their slangs on daily basis. There is no career growth.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
