So many staff have lost jobs in this tough Situation of covid-19 where as company should support them and even with draw transport allowance and deducted 25% pay cut for next 3 months . If company removes transport allowance how will they travel in taxis and how can they survive with 150 riyal salary

Dislikes

Company should give chance to staff if they do any mistake which is unintentional done as his family is dependent on him and company has canceled transport allowance for staff who are working and deducted 25% salary for next 3 months

Work experience was good and Reporting Manager was very cooperative

Excellent policy for the customers, all the processes created keeping in mind customer. Offer you best salary in market.

Dislikes

Training part is completely missing, don't have any process to check impact of induction or OJT. Zero learning. No job security anyone can lose job anytime either its best performer or low performer. No work life balance.Still working with old way thinking, not ready to bring change or innovate/not ready for open culture. very negative work environment. People management is pathetic.

Work Details

It was completely different work environment compare to my previous company. But I stayed on my toes and started working on basics of retail which has given result and I have turn around the company before leaving.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
