Becase if we argue with manager if they are wrong and after that they start taking personally. Company was good, i learnt so many things, i gave my 100% to the company you can check my track record . HO staff was very nice all are very cooperative. In sharafdg only the manager Mr. Sattar Ahmed was very very nice. Worst Managers at store. They are not cooperative. Even they dont know how to talk with girls as well. I will name some oft hem , Mr Taha Rizvi, Mr sajjad Ahmed, Mr. Afifi , Mr. Jormin GSH. Your team shoild have visit to the store always needs to take feed back of sales staff because sales staff is back bone of the company . I have so many things to share but i dont have time . Thanks

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation email from the customer but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. I have got good co worker which help me to accomplish challenging assignments with in estimated time frame.

Strongly not recommended to sustain in this organisation more than year or two. It's new Management in this company now and they are totally salefish. Don't care about employ put a lot of initiative and hard work in order to grow the organisation and work more than decate. Hire & fire is the motto, got hired left a stable job here joined them , due to restructure lost my job within 6 months.

Work Details

No proper leadership, 100 plus loose jobs without notice. They will just call you and give you a letter for your service and say its because of restructuring. Not a place to work & grow.
