Company Culture is good. Here some of the officials are good. This is a good starting company to learn for a localite to the site. They provide company accommodations to the employees.

Dislikes

Salary package is very less and facilities are not good. Office and site are very far from the accommodations. It is very difficult to reach at some of the sites. They don't work in a planned way.

Work life balance takes a hit since it being an on site job. As a construction industry you may be asked to stay late at work many times even night shifts if you are in execution team.

Work life balance is really very poor for site employees;you will not even get a leave on Sunday and continuously working for 11 to 12 hours per day.
