The exposure for a freshers to all the department was good. Every part of the business could be understood in a detailed manner.

Work life balance takes a hit since it being an on site job. As a construction industry you may be asked to stay late at work many times even night shifts if you are in execution team.

The job is quite exciting ! I found it difficult to accustom to new place & tradition but once done it was a nice experience to work under various departments

As a graduate engineer trainee in civil discipline one will gather knowledge about site execution;quality control at site;planning and billing related to work and will be exposed into the vast field of civil engineering

Work life balance is really very poor for site employees;you will not even get a leave on Sunday and continuously working for 11 to 12 hours per day.

The company is not at all supporting for COVID-19lockdown , instead they call us for site duty . I was effected with covid-19 . This company didn't even bare the charges for testing . I am very disappointed with this company .
