My retirement date was 31/03/2020,but HR head of eastern Resign force me to resign from 31/01/2020 .I have requested him several times to continue for another two months in which I can reach my normal retirement age or send me for force leave ,but he has not considered.So this is my very bad experience in SPCPL.
