Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politics but it's ok there's politics everywhere, this is part of our journey.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the sam team.

As per brand company is pathetic... specially HR... they are good for nothing... there has been so many complaints about the seniors harassing juniors but nothing has chained... there has been maximum attrition in the company since then... I would never suggest this company to work with.. they make you work for 14 - 15 hours and won't pay you any compensation

It was pathetic... they would ask to wait after 6.30 pm and make us sit idle till 8.30 pm - 9 pm and then start the review till 11 pm... reporting in the morning was 10 am any how
