No safety calture, running like 2000 safety calture. No induvisual department reporting .... HO person not eneterfying , no proper rivew system , salary late and promation and incrment is in PD hand where only raise by their own people.

Extremely disappointed with the work environment at Shapoorji due to the Sales Head. Her unprofessional behavior, use of abusive language, and constant mistreatment of employees have led many talented individuals to leave the company. She creates a toxic atmosphere and treats employees in a way that makes working there unbearable. Would not recommend anyone to work under her leadership. If the company genuinely wants to retain employees and avoid damaging its reputation in the market, management must address this issue immediately. I strongly suggest the company speak directly with current and ex-employees individually to understand her behavior. She's very bad, and her actions are tarnishing the company’s image. Avoid working under her leadership.
