The job gives me ample exposure to project departments. Coordination with Client and Internal management, with job duties and responsibilities. I got a chance to better my soft skills here and learn things from different disciplines.

It depends from region to region. The overall policies are not as employee friendly as they seem. They compare their policies with TATA. We who have worked there, know that they don't even come close!

Pune region of Shapoorji Pallonji is better than Mumbai region.Industrial projects taken by Shapoorji Pallonji are challenging and fast track. Also, new technologies are used for the construction of the same.

Dislikes

In Mumbai region what I didn't like is that they don't value their employees. Administration is very bad in this region.

After certain years in the company, you will start feeling that the hi job is monotonous and not challenging. Specially the long track projects.
