Likes

Very good for freshers after diploma and btech to start of thier carrier, not to stay too long in the company as promtions are not fast. U have to work around 12 hours average a day, it doesnt matter u r manager or supervisor.

Various Training are conducted for both levels-Supervisors as well as Engineers.A scope for working and learning atmosphere is there.HR Department is also very much Supporting towards the employees

Dislikes

There was problems related to food ,tough its a site specific problem but in my 2 years i faced it atboth the sites

Work Details

I was an Execution engineer.My work was to carry on daily site works including both structure and Finishing

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
