Mechanical and electrical skill improvement facilities.. If you are self learner then you can go for Shanker coils with a minimum salary around 7000-11000 as a engineer btech or diploma doesn't matter.

Dislikes

Very poor management. Unskilled management because of marwari family business manager and director is without qualified degrees Salary structure is very poor 1 to 1.5 lakh for experienced candidates No increments Salary timing is very poor

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
