It is excellent company to working. I spent 13 years and enjoyed the work and respect in company and outside corporate world.

Dislikes

Terminating employees without informing the reason. A simple meeting explaining employee why they want to terminate will help to get the management inside story.. it is mainly ownership managed company for owners all employees are equal. CEO need to check with the employee about allegations on employee. CEOs never knew the true story if they do not speak to employee they want to terminate.
