Associate Manager - Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• To maintain plant / engineering equipment in good working condition.
• To maintain material in stock for requirement of plant maintenance.
• To monitor & control activities of repairs and maintenance of plant & Utility.
• To monitor & update record of plant preventive maintenance.
• To follow up with purchase /account department.
• Preparation of PR for procurement of material.
• To get maintained & update engineering documents like PM/ M/c history cards, Calibration, HVAC validation, area cleaning, building maintenance.
• To prepare and control budget (CAPEX AND OPEX).
• To involve activities of new developments of plant.
• Monitoring Calibration of all instruments.
• Scheduling and execution of area validation of HVAC
• To arrange training to all supervisors and technician regarding SOPs and related Safety.
• To ensure and follow cGMP & Good documentation practices.
• To prepare & monitor Quality Index of Engineering Department

Preferred candidate profile

Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer with extensive experience with factory maintenance . also ready to visit plants at plants at Nigeria and Ghana locations.
