Two reasons to join to this company - 1. You aren't earning enough at the moment 2. You want to join a circus

Dislikes

Working here is very similar to being in a circus. The day management catches you, you're the entertainment for others and the days they don't, you'll be entertained by theirs antics. It was quite entertaining working here - saw a lot of CXO level staff getting escorted out the gate. Imagine the drama :)

Prompt salary payment is the only think which was positive in this comapny

No gorwth in carrier, No job security, lot of politics in the company. It is simply a fools paradaise. No job training for freshers and training them is a huge task because almost illitrate people are taken as fresheres as shop managers. The work pressure is too much in this comany
