those who are working honestly then he get nothing at the time of appraisal, senior always prove to be wrong even if i am right. and always feel that i do doing nothing. first six month is on probation period complete but probation period extend due to not perform good as per senior review (actually training not given proper way) very much dissatisfied and at last i have to left my job. i m responsibility taker person i work self even helper / causal not available at store, work like my home. everyone deserve self respect, wrong blame also on me by senior that is way of behavior with anyone....Read More
