Very nice company for learning new things. Design & development both are happening under one roof. MD sir & chairman sir having awesome personality.

Dislikes

Far away from city travel time more 3 year bond, bond value based on salary. Canteen service need to improve. Employees retention activities need to develop.

The company work in a agricultural equipment manufacturing, to serve the nation new technology in agriculture field, its basically engineering company all the technology available in the organisation like cnc, vmc, hmc, hobbing, laser, fabrication also robotics, good culture and very good opportunity for the carrier building

It's good but I want to see the new world in engineering field

It's a challenging job on daily basis but I like it, because on daily basis new ideas getting to solve the engineering problem and enhanced my knowledge in this field basically machining and Gear cutting section

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
