1) Worst canteen food. 2) Timing of company 8:30AM to 6:00PM. 3) There is nothing to live or rent near company. 4) No gift hampers for employees on festival. 5) They will not conduct any type of sport events and annual function. 6) There is no refreshment stores in the campus. 7) Bus Facility is not proper and condition of bus is worst.

I think management is good & spending lot for providing various training to the employee's, But this companys culture downgraded because there put too much blind trust on their HOD/ Managers, who are ripping the culture apart,especially HR Head of this company is a very egoistic guy.

Dislikes

Most of the dept are manager driven, & the manager are extremely rude. Doesn't know how to talk with anyone, they think of helper & operator are like lower class & they achieved some high class working as a manager, use of abusive language is very common in this company, which shows the culture of this company.
