3 year bond compulsary for everyone. Relocation with Family is compulsary. Seprate canteen lower than Sr Manager which is worst. Supplier are like trading no standard. In other words employee life in Shaktiman is just like worker's life of KGF movie.

Time in and time out is fixed. No extension of working hours. Alternate saturdays & all sunday off. Job security, working freedom with work ownership and responsibilty.

Dislikes

IT system & infrastructure is not good as per current generation. IT boundaries of not sharing our own data with company departments. IT needs more improvements.
