Poor working environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management plays politics. The employee didn't get any kind of credits, all the credits are taken by the managers of the organization.

Teammates are not supportive at all. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow. Job trainings are not given to new joinees. And the employee is held responsible for the mistakes of the whole team. Managers put the name of new joinees on any kind of mistakes happen in that buyer account wheather the employee is out of that role.

There are some people in Mysore unit 49 in upper management who think the company belongs to them and they can do anything due to which in marketing department no one would work comfortably and leave the company frequently . No body can stay in this kind of environmental atleast Shahi head office officials look out this for once what's happening here.

Gaining experience and as per the reviews of current and ex employee there is no growths and benefits.

There are persons in higher profile like Mangers/General managers were they don't know anything about textiles and they are from different back ground profile like mechanical / electrical etc.. People who worked hard they are not recognized by these kinds of people. A best suggestion is kindly conduct an internal exams from Shahi for 35 marks passing were you can see none of the persons will score good marks... its so bad and creating a bad impact on company profiles because of these kind of peoples....Read More
