This is a not a recommended place to work now. The working culture and attitude towards employees is very bad. The HR and Admin department is the worst in this company. You will have to go to court to get your experience certificate when you resign.

Dislikes

SFO doesn't have a concern for the growth and mental well being of the employees. The salary packages are not good and often gives false promises to employees. It's very very difficult to get relieving letter from this company.

Work life balance is not possible these days. You don't get recognised or rewarded for your achievements. It's difficult to thrive because of the corporate politics.
