The company favor only labor union staffs. Company give more salary for supervisor & technician than for an engineer. Salary increments on every year given to the engineers is very low. They are misuse me for 2 years. They did not give me a day shift . I'm the only engineer who stay all the night on every day & I'm not able to communicate with my seniors directly for improving myself as all other engineers have day shift only....Read More
