SFC Group has an excellent Leadership Team, MD Mr K Murlidharan is a great leader and visionary has an incredible team of talented professionals with him who are helping the Group to grow at a rapid pace. Group have very good structured and well placed polices for its employees for Training, Appraisals and has good work life balance, there are lot of opportunities for the employees to work and excel in there respective jobs, team bounding is very good amoung the Leadership and employees and has very healty relations. Employees are paid for their knowledge and skills and their work is appreciated, more than 60% of the employees are working there for more than 5 yr’s or so which shows their trust on the leadership and work culture of the Company....Read More
