I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is no job security in this company, company is already runnning in loss and still they employ and after all of a sudden they terminate your employment status with a excuse that company is running is loss and they cant pay salaries. Visa dept in SSC will soon gonna shut down.
