We get enough exposure towards Contact centre technology. This company is good for freshers as they get good hands on opportunity to work on contact centre technology. There are people to help you to learn and most of the experienced mates have good knowledge on the domain.

Lot of internal politics and heavy work load. No work life balance. lacks in people management. Some people in manager level does not know how to speak to their subordinates. People in manager level does not have leadership qualities and the designation what we get is for name sake. They make us to do all sort of job like L1L2, L3 and service desk. In meetings and internal calls suddenly people start discussing in Tamil language even if others understand or not they are least bothered....Read More

Work Details

My Work was too hectic, i was forced to do 24x7 support and round the clock used get work. There is no L1,L2 or L3 level. Even if you are L3 , should do all level work.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
