Good culture and work ethics across the teams. High of transparency. Leadership makes you feel they care for you. Of late becoming more performance oriented, which is a welcome change.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
