Management is super nice. Our MD MR. Sharad Arora is a great person for him employee satisfaction comes on top priority. Since it’s been almost 2month post lockdown there is no deduction in salary. No one forced us to join office. Amazing support for the employee..

Dislikes

I will not say that I dislike anything about Sensorise but I feel sometimes working hours get stretched to 3-4 hours and which effects the personal life. Although it’s manageable but still it’s jus my something which could be a point of concern to few people.

I am working as a operations Manager. I got promoted within a year. I got an opportunity to handle big client and do physical meetings. I learnt a lot here and unlearnt some wrong practices as well. For me Sensorise came out as a amazing place to work.
