They have supported me & others by stop paying the salary and by telling us that there will be no work no pay system applicable. They have also stopped all the other employee benefits and even after operations started difficulties went on and on. The only feeling I had was getting exploited

Dislikes

The thing I disliked the most and the reason I leave the job is biasedness among the people working together with similar interests. It is something that lets my moral down. The only person involved in it is a senior manager in the organization and the most saddest part is the owner/director of the organization has blind faith in him.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
