Senate Systems is a very good environment and supportive platform as a software company, I have gain too much knowledge to build in SAP.

Dislikes

Currently i am working and feeling so happy to say as a part of Senate Systems, not a single reason to leave.

Work Details

I have started my SAP journey in Senate System and learnt everthing from theire services. I struggled lots during begining and got a chance to handle the critical problems to solve.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
