It is easy going company in solar as the portfolio is not too big right now. However company has good targets in solar field and seems to have a good future. Also, there is no attendance punching system. Lunch is offered free of cost by company

One of the best companies to work. Good work culture. Company gives good benefits to the employees. Policies are also employee favouring.

Dislikes

Politics and favouritism are the major negatives. Only selective people, reference, friends or people who have hand of someone big on their head gets the growth or opportunities. For rest slow or no growth and skill development. Voicing your dissent will also not work.

Work Details

Initially the pace of growth and skill development was good but then it became slow and now nil. Even bosses don’t give you the opportunity internally.
