Zero support. Though our area is declared as red zone , i attended duty for one month during red zone. When devlared as containment zone and not allowed any men movement out side , some people not understood my situation in company , asked me to attend duty, not provided any transport from home. I had daily walked for 12 km to attend duty in lockdown. They warned me they will not give attendance. HR professionals also wrote mail and do the same Zero support and during pandemic situation and lockdown phases....Read More
