They supported a lot in Covid 19 pandemic how in the since basically my role in selec controls is Technical support engineering I will have work only when all companies are active, so in lockdown I had no work to do but selec encouraged me by giving some work and also salary for my work

Dislikes

There is a lot of politic, salary is very low and no girls are working except me I feel somewhat uncomfortable, management use to give more importance to sales people rather than technical

The job is quite good! At the bginning I struggled a lot because that profession is new to me, very soon I learnt everything and taken appreciation from the management

Need to improve company IT HEAD very very less and poor knowledge.

Work POLICY is very bad need to improve still back dated 10 years. So much politics by department of head, never support to end user always hangup to user. Not helpful to.end user.

The management is very poor, they hardly care for their employees and have zero empathy towards them. There's no clarity as to what plans they have for the future of their employees, it's all just "will see when time comes" attitude.

The HR department is the worst. There’s no punctuality in HR department. Coordination within the HR’s are worst. Everything is delayed. They make to wait for hours after joining in the name of documentations.

R&D section is good. Management and IT department is the worst. MD should take note of HR department. They are always sleeping. Everything gets delayed. Some HRs are busy in Myntra

Training And Learning is very good in Selec. Work Culture is very Nice. Coordination with Higher management is smooth. Response time is very fast from HOD and Manager level. Products are very good and new technologies added every year.
