I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The HR department is the worst. There’s no punctuality in HR department. Coordination within the HR’s are worst. Everything is delayed. They make to wait for hours after joining in the name of documentations.
