The system and procedures are German standards as it was part of Bosch earlier , lot of learning opportunity in terms of technology. Good facilities of food and transportation.

Dislikes

This company is only good for beginners and no growth opportunities. Salary not up to industry standards. Company not working on retaining good talent and contributors. Lot of internal politics and growth for only selected people

Upper management should have better communication & more clarity towards growth. HR department needs lot of improvement, they take employees for granted. Compensation way below market standards
