HR is not good And He will not honour is commitment. People having more interest in others work except their own work. Notice period policy is only one direction they will not allow to leave early than notice period.

Better skill growth on your own Work life balance policies need to improve a lot Work pressure can make you sometimes go haywire. Upper management should have better communication & more clarity towards growth. HR department needs lot of improvement, they take employees for granted. Compensation way below market standards
