Good is good Quality Flexible Working Hours. There is no issue to take leave.

Dislikes

HR is not good And He will not honour is commitment. People having more interest in others work except their own work. Notice period policy is only one direction they will not allow to leave early than notice period.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 1.Job security is good as it comes from Bosch previously. 2. Exposure is good. 3.Get to learn a lot especially if you are fresher. 4. Free food.

Dislikes

1. Salaries are not competitive and very low compared to industry standards. 2. No resource planning by management whatsoever. 3. People do not follow processes judiciously and there is a clear mind set shift from MNC to more of a small scale industry. 4. Lot of blame games between departments an as project manger you will be caughtin between and suffer. 5. People are asked to come to office even during covid times and in few cases even when lockdown is on going. 6. HR policies not favorable to employees and don't care much to improve. 7.
