Motor Design Engineer

Motor Design Engineer (Preferred education is only Electrical and Electronics Engineering)

• Understand the SOR requirements of Customer Design suitable machine for meeting customer requirements.
• Making initial offer drawing packaging 3D for fitment check.
• Making Bill of materials detailed B sample design in Windchill/SAP for Proto sample task.
• Should co-ordinate with Sample shop testing for sample making testing tasks.
• Release of design along with necessary DFMEA, DRBFM and quality gates.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery
• Involve in technical discussion with Supplier from concept stage till part production for new designs.
• Support Plant for Cost reduction ideas, assembly issues Quality failure analysis
• With out of the box mindset innovative solutions for the new design concepts for product failures.
