Purpose Of The Role.

Design of powertrain components.

To Conduct failure analysis and arrive counter measures.

To conduct CAD layout review and resolve interface issues.

To release design and conduct design reviews.

Benchmarking.

Role Description.

Good experience in CREO / CATIA in 3D/2D and assembly and interface handling for powertrain.

Good basic knowledge in design and design calculation.

Knowledge on PLM software like PTC Windchill.

Conduct DFMEA / DFM / DFA / DFS.

Conduct benchmarking and arrive design insights.

Identify quality, cost and weight gap against targets.

Study product definition and prepare design input sheet.

Knowledge on intellectual property (IP).
