Job Overview:-

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in SolidWorks to join our vasai east location

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems for our machinery

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, quality, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings of mechanical components using SolidWorks.

Conduct feasibility studies and design analysis to ensure functionality and manufacturability.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project requirements and specifications.

Perform design validation through prototyping and testing, making necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Maintain and update existing designs to improve performance and reduce costs.

Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, assembly instructions, and maintenance manuals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology.

Qualifications:-

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks (3-5 years preferred).

Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software; familiarity with simulation tools is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:-

Experience in designing for manufacturing (DFM) and assembly (DFA).

Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
