Purpose Of The Role.

Design of engine layout and subsystems parts including transmission housing, bearings, gears and cooling system.

Role Description.

Hands on experience in engine component /subsystem part design or Casting die design.

Hands on experience on parts design calculation and Mathcad for parts and subsystem design.

Ability to work on Creo 3D Model, FEA , Z tolerance & Interface check.

Hands on experience in DFMEA, DFM,DFA and DFX tools.

Hands on experience on casting / plastic parts manufacturing process.

Identify and use suitable materials and measurement techniques for part functions.

Maintain documentation and records on the products and write detailed reports.
