Senior Testing Engineer

We are seeking Sr. Testing Engineer for Testing & validation activities of our product line (EV tech - Motor Controller, BMS, Cluster, Sensor, Lights, IOT etc). The following would be the main responsibilities:
1. Hands on experience in EV Product testing, validation & Certification- Battery-BMS, Motor Controller, Cluster/Display, Lights, Charger etc.
2. Prepare deatiled Test Plan, DVP & Test reports
3. Perform all inetrnal & external tests (ICAT/ARAI/ Other Lab) efficiently & timely
4. Prepare Test set up/jigs for internal or external testing.
5. Familiarity with automotive safety standards and regulations (ISO 26262) is a plus.
6. Knowledge of software debugging for drives BLDC / PMSM motors/BMS/other will be an advantage.
7. IOT & Telematics integration, APP Testing, Diagnostic & troubleshooting
8. Data logging & signal processing for CAN data, Sensors data etc.
9. Caluculate Product warranty, life cycles as per test results
10. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
11. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
12. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
13. Co-ordinate with Design, Prodcution & Sales team for product issues & effecictvely participate in problem solving.
14. Create and manage tasks related to Verification and Validation (V&V), including the development of Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
15. Knowledge on product testing & validation as per automotive standards.
16. Resolve issues in mass production of the design and manufacturing assembly line.
17. Keeping up to date with the latest Automotive standards .
