It’s all about depends on department wise..and some line managers are not eligible for the post and they don’t know how to lead a team..simply torturing the colleagues and creating uncomfortable working atmosphere.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

A few managements trying to show their own magic and running the culture, here one group can get an increment of 20% and other groups can get as low as 3% Hybrid policy is also not properly followed by those managements and they compelling their team to come to office everyday.
