Although I liked the top management, Sri Sanjaya ji and his Family. (Ananyha sir, madam all) but worst to work in the HR department. Other department seems to be good but not at all HR. My personal experience, i have left such a comfortable and regular job, which highly respectable position and in the good books of top management and their family, but (mat mari gayee thee), Head HR and his so called (executive) both together played the game. But I am sure, Chief of Secure, Sri Sanjay Singhal Ji (most humble person) was not known to all these things being played at Secure, Udaipur. Other wise every thing is good. I just got surprised why, does a perfect person VP HR Sri Kettan Bhatt, in-spite of knowing all these things, agree to have things happen. I know how tough it was for them to do the Automated Performance Appraisal, and by using all my HR + Technology skills did an excellent one row excel based formula which helped the HR department of NPD HR to complete with 100% Accuracy. But suddenly just as i was completely put myself away from Drinks (alcohal) and the parties where the mota HR ka baap use to take the HR department Beauties and I never supported. One day I was even before my Probation completion, was asked in a closed room just next to Sanjay Singhal ji's Cabin to sigh the resignation. You will not believe that was the 7th June my 5th Marrieage Anniversary day, Specifically Deepak bhatiya was called from Delhi to make me convince so that I should not shout. But all things went down my beneath my morale when I saw Sri Kettan Bhatt also near that cabin and he also did not did any thing. Although my Interview score/ Rating was 4 out of 5. History shows i have worked for any organisation and have completed atleast 5 years. Presently I am happy as I am with Government of India under Ministry of MSME as Associate Faculty Member and helping people to start Micro Enterprises for Self Employment and also am a Nodal Officer for Swachch Bharat Mission at Hyderabad....Read More

only the role of HR Head which should have been like a guardian to HR dept staff, but ..... he was horrible...

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
