For gaining experience, handling pressure its good I mean once u took care of SecUR pressure then you can survive in any company, its pressure and targets. In fact other company's targets and pressure would be much more manageable. The HR team is kind of rude and they became like that because of the employees' blaming behavior, attitude, taking for granted attitude. But the HR team is very judgemental too. They are partial sometimes, judging people by looks,. Get ready for rude talks, rude behavior, comments on your personal life, etc. The front office people are really really good, they help you a lot and are supportive, they keep their friendships. The Managers are good and supportive most of them, employees can really share everything with their managers including their team leader problems if any. TLs are also good as a matter of fact, just have to be careful. There will be non achievable targets, you need to give explanation for small things like why did you come early when your timing is something else. This happens even if you are not applicable for ot. As a matter of fact mg senior was very much harrasing me for coming early, she won't allow me to take my 1 hour break as she says I didn't do much work. She commented on my personal life behind me, always talking rudely as if I am her slave, and if I stood up for myself or talked for myself I would become a bad employee as in like back answering. She wanted me to stay late even if I came early, she literally used not do anything but time pass but she expected me to do her work too. But I did it, as long as I was there I did my job. The team never took me in, I was always separate, they didn't even bother to absorb me in, make me feel like a team member. Never. I was the odd one out always. Felt lonely very much, it became mundane, going, working like crazy, going home and no recognition, no team spirit, very much negative vibes all over the team.
