compensation is decent , but growth is very low like a turtle race .but you can know about that type of persons which working in a market.

For begineers its a great chance to work hera and learn as much as you can. Pure mechanical stuff here. And Co-workers amd Seniors are always supportive nd friendly

Starting Salary is quite low not upto the expectations and 12 hours shift is really exhaustive. One should get used then he can work here. Your physical health and social life gets affected after 12 hours Shift
