Likes

One of the best companies in construction equipment field. Teammates are very cooperative. Career growth is based upon the performance. Travel policies are also one of the best in the industry.

Dislikes

Only thing, company has to improve is to increase it's network.

Work Details

I was sales engineer at Guwahati and Kolkata during my stint with Schwing Stetter. I have to identify the leads for the month and work upon the same for the closure. I also have to organize customer meets in different micro markets on regular interval.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
