Likes

Management is very good . Teammets are supportive and appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which i cannot resign .

Work Details

I learn everything on the job i got a chane to wear multiple hats and that helped me get drfferent roles within the same team

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
